RESERVATIONS: We take reservations
for the Afternoon Tea Service only. (Call at least 24 hours in advance.)
All other
customers are served in the order of arrival. We're sorry, but we can't take reservations
for specific seating areas in the tearoom, but seat according to daily
availability. Any changes or cancellations must be made by 5:00 the day
before. Because we prepare the food and seating accommodation
specifically for your group according to the number of reservations
made, that is how you will be charged- so please make any changes to the
number of guests or make any cancellations by 5:00 the day before. You
will be charged for any guests that do not show up, or if
you fail to call with a cancellation. *Please note: There are times
during peak hours or when we are busy with customers when we can not
answer the phone- please try again later. We take reservations for the Willow Room or the Study for party groups only, and must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance or more. Afternoon Tea is served for all party groups. (See "Planning a Party at the tearoom" for details). We have a minimum of 10 Afternoon Teas to reserve the Willow Room, and a minimum of 6 Afternoon Teas to reserve the Study. LUNCH : We have a regular lunch & ala carte menu in addition to the Afternoon Tea Service. Reservations are not required for lunch or to order off the regular menu- just drop in anytime. Space is limited-if you have a large group calling ahead is helpful. On Saturdays and Sundays the Willow Room and Study are often closed for parties and showers. If we have a larger party group we may close the tearoom early. We do our best to accommodate all our guests, however, because the tearoom has a limited seating capacity we suggest calling ahead for larger groups. PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY Bridal, portrait, & commercial photography by appointment only. Due to the disruptive effect on our customers all photography must be scheduled in advance for hours that the tearoom is not open to the public, and must be confirmed the day before. *There will be a $25 per hour charge. Each portion of an hour will be charged as a full hour and charges begin at the time scheduled even if you are late. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, with notice, any photography sessions at our discretion. For appointments call 328-4700. *TOURIST pictures are okay.
